Disneyana: Have You Seen This Before?

A reader named David from Sweden wrote in and asked me where this print came from, and what it is worth.  The print depicts Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck playing football, with Mickey heading to the goalpost for an apparent touchdown, with Donald in fast pursuit.
